The Housing Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the management of maintenance allhousing units in order to ensure that units are maintained in a safe and reasonable manner.

Case Worker will screen and identify eligible households by an application process for available program components and will maintain an active caseload throughout the program, or as funds permit. Provide services through detailed case management in order to identify and address needs and help client reach self-sufficiency and independence through attainable goals and short-term tasks.
