Diocesan Relations
The Diocesan Relations Office provides information about the Diocese of Brownsville and its parishes through various internal and external communications. It serves as the official news and public information liaison between the Diocese of Brownsville and the news media.
In addition, the department offers assistance to parishes, schools and other organizations with regard to strategic communications planning and public relations, as a way of building the kingdom of Jesus Christ in the Rio Grande Valley.
The office also publishes a weekly electronic news bulletin (Weekly Update) to keep employees informed of what is happening in the Diocese.
