As we embark on this journey during the Year of Parish Revival, we are reminded of the profound words from the Catechism of the Catholic Church: "The parish is the Eucharistic community and the heart of the liturgical life of Christian families; it is a privileged place for the catechesis of children and parents" (CCC 2226). This year is dedicated to making this belief a vibrant reality.
We invite you to join us for a Day of Reflection centered on the National Eucharistic Revival in September. This event will take place at the San Juan Pastoral Center and is offered in two options: Friday morning (Sep 15) or Saturday morning (Sep 16).
Event Details:
Date: Friday, September 15th or Saturday, September 16th
Time: 9 AM to 12 PM
Location: San Juan Pastoral Center, 700 N Virgen de San Juan Blvd, San Juan, TX 78589
Guided by prayer and strategic insight, we have embraced four pillars, or invitations, to guide us in manifesting this vision. We invite you to join us in (1) revitalizing worship, (2) creating personal encounters, (3) engaging in robust formation, and (4) sending Catholics forth as missionaries. These invitations are the cornerstone of our journey towards a renewed and thriving Eucharistic community.
The Day of Reflection is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of these four pillars. Through enlightening talks, interactive sessions, and moments of reflection, we will equip you with practical initiatives to integrate these invitations within your Eucharistic communities.
We hope that you will be able to join us for this unique opportunity to help make the most of the Year of the Parish Revival.
