2023 Migrant Welcoming Festival

The Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle-National Shrine is excited to share with you that preparations for the 2023 Migrant Welcoming Festival are under way! This year’s Migrant Welcoming Festival is scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, Oct. 21 and Sunday, Oct. 22. As is customary, there will be food booths (with various antojitos), live music, carnival rides for children and the annual raffle.

The sale of raffle tickets has begun; chances are $10 each. Those interested in purchasing a raffle ticket can visit the Basilica Gift Shop, or the Information Office located inside the Basilica. Purchases also can be made over the phone by calling the Basilica offices.

The Basilica is also looking for event sponsors!
