It’s not a fairy garden, it’s a Mary garden!
May is the Month of Mary. The Church has set aside the entire month of May to honor Mary, Mother of God.
A Marian Garden is a space of plants and flowers that symbolize various Marian or Biblical themes. The plants and statues are meant to evoke a type of living theology that allows for an interactive and meditative prayer experience continually turning our thoughts back to Jesus; the same way Our Mother does.
In the words of St. Louis de Montfort, to Jesus, through Mary!
The garden provides an opportunity to add decorative embellishments (moss or pebbles, gems, succulents, etc).
Make Your Garden reflect your family or local greenery such as South Texas cacti.
