Bishop Daniel E. Flores congratulates Dorothy and Albert Juliano of Pharr, for their seven decades of married life during the World Marriage Day Mass Feb. 11 at the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle-National Shrine. The Julianos will celebrate 72 years of marriage on their anniversary of March 31, the most of any of the 200-plus couples recognized at the special Mass.
