On behalf of the Diocese of Brownsville Pro-Life Office, we are excited to invite you and your organization to support the 5th Annual Pro-Life Conference. This impactful event will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic School’s gymnasium in McAllen, Texas.
We are honored to welcome Bobby Schindler, President of the Terri Schiavo Life and Hope Network, as one of our keynote speakers. Bobby’s powerful story, as the brother of Terri Schiavo - whose tragic case moved the nation - sheds light on the struggles faced by the medically vulnerable. Through his talks, he will share his family’s fight for Terri’s right to life, the role of media in shaping public opinion, and offer profound insights on human dignity and medical ethics. His presentations will be meaningful and impactful for all audiences.
We’re also blessed to have Bishop Daniel E. Flores and Auxiliary Bishop Mario Aviles join us to lead in prayer and address the audience regarding the Sanctity of Life at every stage. Their worlds will inspire us to nurture hearts and minds devoted to defending life.
Additionally, a distinguished panel of medical professionals will share valuable insights from their own experiences. Moderated by Father Derlis Garcia, Director of the Pro-Life Office, this discussion will bring deeper understanding to issues of life and dignity in healthcare.
